Handmade Mother Of Pearl Statement Earrings

For some reason, while I was making these I kept thinking about the singer Pearl, who has been all over my For You Page lately.

Something about the pearl and silver combination feels very rockstar to me. Not perfectly polished or overly delicate, but still luminous and feminine.

Mother of pearl is traditionally associated with calmness, emotional balance, intuition, and the soothing energy of the ocean and moon. I love the contrast of something with such soft symbolism being turned into something that feels a little edgier.

And Pearl, if by some tiny internet miracle you ever see these, I would absolutely send you a pair. ♡

Your jewelry is handmade and should be treated with a little extra love to help it last as long as possible.

Avoid wearing your jewelry while showering, swimming, sleeping, or exercising. Keep it away from perfumes, lotions, hairspray, household chemicals, and excessive moisture. When you’re not wearing it, store it somewhere cool and dry, preferably separately from other jewelry to prevent scratching or tangling.
