Handmade Silver Chrysocolla Earrings

The outside frame beads were upcycled, but what immediately caught my attention was that they reminded me of dinosaurs. I love the way they pair with the blue and green earthiness of the chrysocolla beads in the center. Together, they give me this feeling of ancient landscapes and creatures roaming the earth long before us.

I grew up LOVING dinosaurs. My favorite movies were Dinosaur and The Land Before Time, and honestly, that love has never gone away. I still have dinosaur canvases displayed in my room to this day because there is something about them that has always fascinated me.

This piece feels like a little piece of childhood wonder mixed with the beauty of the natural world. It reminds me that the things we love when we are young often stay with us and continue to shape the way we see beauty.
